10KHZ逆變直流點(diǎn)焊機(jī) 是我公司研制生產(chǎn)的一種全新的電阻焊機(jī)。該產(chǎn)品采用目前世界上最先進(jìn)的高頻逆變技術(shù)、全橋軟開(kāi)關(guān)技術(shù)和DSP數(shù)字控制技術(shù)；輸出頻率一萬(wàn)赫茲。具有變壓器體積小、輸出功率大、焊接成型好、焊接飛濺少、控制精度高等特點(diǎn)。在焊接多層鍍鋅鋼板和高強(qiáng)度鋼板時(shí)，不但焊點(diǎn)質(zhì)量好，而且可以做到基本無(wú)飛濺。本產(chǎn)品共獲得國(guó)內(nèi)發(fā)明專利四項(xiàng)，實(shí)用新型專利十五項(xiàng)，軟件著作權(quán)證書(shū)三項(xiàng)，另有兩項(xiàng)國(guó)際發(fā)明專利正在接受專利指定國(guó)的審查。

該產(chǎn)品具有以下特點(diǎn)：

1、變壓器體積小，重量輕，不但實(shí)現(xiàn)了變壓器和焊鉗的一體化，也有利于減輕機(jī)器人 焊鉗的整體重量。

2、焊鉗伺服電動(dòng)缸 可采用進(jìn)口的中空電機(jī) ，也可以采用我公司自主研發(fā)并獲得多項(xiàng)專利的電動(dòng)缸。進(jìn)口的中空電機(jī)采用行星滾柱絲杠 ，其使用壽命是普通滾珠絲杠 的5-10倍。我公司生產(chǎn)的電動(dòng)缸結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)合理，噪音低，剛性強(qiáng)，使用壽命長(zhǎng)，

維護(hù)簡(jiǎn)單。

3、獲得多項(xiàng)外觀專利的機(jī)器人焊鉗本體，采購(gòu)航空鋁加工，剛性好，強(qiáng)度高，變形量小，對(duì)提高焊接質(zhì)量，起到了很好的保障作用。

4、焊接主機(jī)與機(jī)器人通訊采用DEVICENET協(xié)議，也可根據(jù)用戶要求，配置個(gè)性化通訊模塊。

作為國(guó)家十二五重大專項(xiàng)“基于機(jī)器人的汽車焊裝自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線”項(xiàng)目的承擔(dān)者之一，次高頻電動(dòng)伺服機(jī)器人專用直流點(diǎn)焊機(jī) 已經(jīng)被一汽轎車公司的D009車型的地板線、M3車型的主焊線等多款車型采用；該產(chǎn)品還于2013年成功中標(biāo)上海通用汽車D2UX平臺(tái)機(jī)器人點(diǎn)焊機(jī)項(xiàng)目，數(shù)十臺(tái)次高頻逆變直流機(jī)器人專用電動(dòng)伺服點(diǎn)焊機(jī)，專門用于該項(xiàng)目的高強(qiáng)度鋼板焊接。
